Silver Spring Thoroughbred Management will, from time to time, offer partnership opportunities for those who wish to spread their risk over a larger number of horses, alongside other investors. We offer partnership opportunities in racing, breeding and pinhooking.

Racing Partnerships
Our racing partnerships will acquire a group of yearlings and horses of racing age to race for the venture. The horses will be sold either privately or at public auction at the conclusion of their racing careers. The goal will be to acquire horses that we believe can compete at a major league level, appreciating in value while earning income for the partnership.

This is an exciting way to get involved in racing. Your risk is spread over a group of horses, and you share the initial cost and expenses with other owners while having your horses expertly guided by an experienced manager.

Pinhooking Partnerships
This type of partnership will purchase foals or yearlings to be resold as yearlings or two-year-olds in appropriate sales.

Weanling - Yearling - This venture looks for weanlings with solid pedigrees and conformation that will grow into quality yearlings.

Yearling - Two-Year-Old - Here we look for yearlings with pedigrees and conformation that suggest they can develop into fast, early two-year-olds.

Breeding Partnerships
Breeding partnerships will purchase broodmares and broodmare prospects either at public auction or privately. These mares will either be put in foal to be resold, or could possibly be held in order to sell the foals.
